                   AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE A RIGHT-OF-WAY NAME FOR
                   ELINOR LANE LOCATED SOUTHWEST FROM COLVILLE
                   STREET, BETWEEN ELINOR STREET AND LYTLE
                   STREET TO JADIE LANE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the name of Elinor Lane
         located southwest from Colville Street, between Elinor Street 
and
         Lytle Street, be and is hereby changed to Jadie Lane.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
